As part of the Carrollton Joint Fire District organized in 1994, Limestone VFD's thirty five active volunteers provide Fire, Rescue and EMS protection to the Town of Carrollton answering an annual average of 250 alarms.
Engine 68 - 1996 International 4900/KME 1250 gpm/1250 gal.
Seating five (four with SCBA), this rig operates as the designated mutual aid engine. It is equipped with 1,000' of 2-1/2" attack/supply line as well as 500' of 4" LDH supply line.
Engine 67 - 2008 Spartan MetroStar/General Safety Equipment 2000 gpm/750 gal.
Originally serving the -Cy-Fair Volunteer FD in suburban Harris County outside Houston, Texas this rig seats six (five with SCBA). Due to the excellent condition it was received in and has since been maintained, this rig is due to be refurbished to further extend its' service life.
Tanker 5 - 2011 Kenworth T370/Fouts Bros. 750 gpm/3500 gal.
Acquired in 2021 having formerly served the City of Taylor FD in Texas, this rig seats five (three with SCBA) and is outfitted with booster reels under the cab steps.
