Chartered in 1931 as Trevose Heights Fire Company#1, it was later incorporated in 1968 as the Lower Southampton Fire Department# 1. Serving Lower Southampton Township, Trevose and Feasterville, thirty volunteers provide Fire, EMS First Response

Replaced with a 2019 Rosenbauer rescue engine, this rig now serves the Harbor Beach FD in Michigan. Formerly responding first due for rescues, it was equipped with pre-connected AmkusĀ® extrication tools (spreader/cutter), four Res-Q-JackĀ® struts,
air bags and a cutting torch. It also carried gear for technical rescue (low/high angle, structural collapse, confined space and "man-in-machine"), haz-mat mitigation and RIT. Also assigned second due on structure fires, it was outfitted with four pre-connects
(100'-400' lengths), 3" and 5" supply lines as well as four saws.Quint 6 - 1998 HME/New Lexington/Aerial Innovations 75'/1500 gpm/500 gal.
Seating six, this rig is outfitted with three 2" pre-connects, 600' of 3" supply line and 900' of 5" LDH. It also carries over 100 feet of ground ladders and an extrication tool.

This versatile rig is equipped to handle various duties including firefighting support, dive/swift water rescue, cascade and salvage operations. Accordingly, it is outfitted with a cascade system with two bottle fill station, six SCBA, diver set-ups, swift water rescue gear and portable pumps.
