Originally serving Delran FC# 1 in New Jersey, this rig entered service in the Fall of 2012. Seating four, it features a 3,200 watt generator, 6kw inverter and a 1,000 gpm deck gun. It is equipped with four SCBA, a brush pack of 50' 1-3/4" adapted to 150' 1" forestry hose, 800’ of 5” LDH supply line, three 5’ lengths of hard suction hose and a foam inductor with 10 gallons of AFFF. In addition, it carries 61’ of ground ladders, assorted saws (rotary, chain and reciprocating) and an electric smoke ejector.
Tanker 1731 - 2001 International/KME 500 gpm/2500 gal.
This rig replaced a 1987 Ford L series 2,000 gallon tanker that was totaled in a 2001 accident. Responding to structure, vehicle and brush fires, it is equipped with two 200’ 1-3/4” pre-connects, a 300’ 3” deadlay and two SCBA with spare cylinders. It also carries two 10’ suctions, a 3,000 gallon folding tank (with beach ball), a 10’ ladder, 18” chainsaw, forestry hose and backpack pumps.
Ladder 1721 - 2009 Pierce Arrow XT 105'/2000 gpm/525 gal.
Having replaced a 1993 KME ladder, this rig features a 15kw hydraulic generator powering 11,000 watts of fixed/portable quartz lights and two 200’ electric cord reels. Seating six, it is outfitted with six SCBA, two 200’ 1-3/4” pre-connects, a 250’ 3” pre-connect with a 500 gpm BlitzFire® portable monitor, 200’ 3” deadlay and two 200’ 3/4” booster reels. Its' equipment complement includes 800’ of 5” LDH supply line, two 10’ 6” hard suctions, chimney snuffer nozzle,
ProPak® foam unit with 10 gallons of AFFF, 156’ of ground ladders, electric/gas powered PPV fans, ventilation saws (chain/rotary) and board-up supplies. It also carries a Holmatro® combi-tool with portable power unit, thermal imager, CO and
combustible gas meters as well as a Honda 2,000 watt portable generator.Rescue 1751 (Retired) - 1994 Mack MR/SWAB
Replaced with a 2019 Spartan/Rescue 1 with a 21' walk-around rescue body featuring a partial walk-in area accessible from the crew cab (which was totaled in 2021 after being struck by a tractor trailer), this rig now serves with the Ramey Fire Co. of Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. Having originally served the Fort Washington Fire Co. in Montgomery County (also in Pennsylvania), it entered service with Lake Harmony in 2011 after being repainted from its’
original White-over-Lime/Yellow color scheme.
Having replaced a 1987 GMC/Saulsbury purchased from the Glenside Fire Co. in 1997, this rig featured seating for six and a 25kw PTO generator powering a 6,000 watt light tower, 750 watt brow light, four 1,000 watt quartz lights and four 750 watt
tri-pod quartz lights. It was also outfitted with an eight bottle 6,000 psi cascade system, 100’ low pressure air reel, 12,000 lb. front winch and a 36,000 lb. rear hydraulic winch.
Rescue 1751 was equipped for a variety of firefighting and technical rescue operations:
Firefighting - six SCBA with spare cylinders, Stihl® chain/cut-off saws, thermal imaging camera, four gas meter, 2,000 watt portable generator and a leaf blower.
Vehicle Extrication - a truck mounted electric power unit with two 80’ reels along with a portable dual power unit supplied power to a full complement of Holmatro® extrication tools (spreader,two cutters, combi-tool, two rams and a mini pedal cutter). It also carried Holmatro® air bags, JunkYard Dog® rescue struts, high-lift jacks, 12 and 20 ton bottle jacks, air powered tools (supplied through the 100’ air reel) including an air chisel, shears and impact wrench, cordless drill/impact driver, cribbing (carried on a cart), plywood shoring, a circular saw and a porta-power unit.
Water Rescue - 1,000+’ of water rescue rope, dry suits, ice rescue suits and ice rescue sled.
Rope Rescue - 1,200+’ of rope rescue and associated hardware
Confined Space Rescue - tri-pod, Stokes® basket, SKED® stretcher and a confined space inspection camera.
